Responsible Storage of Spent Nuclear Fuel

Ms. Peake of Provincetown moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8800-0100, in line 5, by inserting after "facilities" the following: "or inactive facilities that harbor by-product material, special nuclear material, nuclear fuel, spent nuclear fuel, or other nuclear material in a spent fuel pool or other storage structure”.
