Mr. Puppolo of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 7008-0900, in line 9, by inserting after the word “commonwealth” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for The Spirit of Springfield, Inc. in the city of Springfield”
