Amendment #650 to H3600
JF&CS: Fragile Beginnings & Project Newborns Exposed to Substances: Support and Therapy (NESST)
Representatives Stanley of Waltham, Lawn of Watertown, Crighton of Lynn, Decker of Cambridge, Balser of Newton, Smizik of Brookline, Khan of Newton, Linsky of Natick, Kane of Shrewsbury, Day of Stoneham, Cahill of Lynn, Keefe of Worcester, Kaufman of Lexington, Madaro of Boston, Heroux of Attleboro, Garlick of Needham and Dykema of Holliston move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4800-0038, in line 33, by inserting after the word "services" the following: "provided further, that no less than $150,000 shall be expended for the Fragile Beginnings program; provided further, that no less than $100,000 shall be expended for Project Newborns Exposed to Substances: Support and Therapy"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$292,138,782" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$292,388,782".
