For matching grants to the Massachusetts Alliance of Boys and Girls Clubs, the Alliance of Massachusetts YMCAs and YWCA organizations, nonprofit community centers and teen empowerment and youth development programs; provided, that the department of public health shall award not less than $1,800,000 to the Massachusetts Alliance of Boys and Girls Clubs, which shall be distributed equally between said recipient’s member organizations…………………………………………$2,900,000
