Amendment #664 to H3600

MassDev ISA

Representatives Straus of Mattapoisett, Haddad of Somerset, Markey of Dartmouth, Koczera of New Bedford, Fiola of Fall River, Schmid of Westport and Cabral of New Bedford move to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2800-0100, in line 5, by inserting after the word “department” the following:-

“; provided, that not less than $260,000 shall be made available to MassDevelopment to implement an interagency service agreement between the Department and MassDevelopment for the purpose of supporting management of  or operations at the New Bedford and Fall River state piers by use of MassDevelopment personnel and/or the resources and personnel of other agencies of the commonwealth”.
