Arts After Hours

Mr. Cahill of Lynn moves to amend the bill, in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following: “; and provided further that not less than $20,000 shall be expended as a grant for free community programming in Lynn to Arts After Hours.”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$299,361” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$319,361".
