Mr. Walsh of Peabody moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 9110-9002, by adding the following: “; and provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Peabody Council on Aging to provide Saturday elder services at the Peter A.Torigian Community Life Center."
