Dorchester Youth Collaborative

Mr. Carvalho of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-1507, by adding the following: “; provided, that not less than $100,000 be expended for the Dorchester Youth Collaborative"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$2,100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$2,200,000".
