Mr. Puppolo of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-3036, by inserting after the word “services” the following:- "provided, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the operation of the Springfield Housing Authority Talk Read Succeed program"; and, in said item 7004-3036 by striking out the figures “$2,291,992" and inserting in place thereof the following figures “$2,441,992”.
