Amendment #693 to H3600

Marijuana Purchasing Restrictions

Representatives D'Emilia of Bridgewater, Jones of North Reading, Cantwell of Marshfield, Gifford of Wareham, Orrall of Lakeville, Vieira of Falmouth, Dwyer of Woburn, Whelan of Brewster, Muradian of Grafton, Crocker of Barnstable, Cutler of Duxbury, Dooley of Norfolk and Kane of Shrewsbury move to amend the bill by adding the following sections:

"SECTION X. Section 5I of chapter 18 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 34, after the words "chapter 138;" the following:- "marijuana as defined in section 1 of Chapter 94G;"

"SECTION X. Section 5J of chapter 18 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 3, after the words "liquor stores' the following:- "marijuana establishments;".
