Amendment #695 to H3600

Chinese translation for Masshealth Application and Information

Representatives Chan of Quincy, Wong of Saugus, Schmid of Westport, Orrall of Lakeville and Mom of Lowell move to amend the bill, in section 2, in line item 4000-3000, in line 66, after the words “interpretive services “ with the following: “provided further, that all applications, application information, service information and guidelines, in electronic form, paper form and on the website, for MassHealth and MassHealth related programs shall be made available in both classical and traditional Chinese translations”.
