Amendment #70 to H3600

Naming of Middlesex Superior Court

Mr. Dwyer of Woburn moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX. The Middlesex Superior Court building located at 200 Trade Center, 2nd Floor, in Woburn shall be temporarily named as the Edward J. Sullivan Courthouse, until such a time as the Middlesex South Judicial Center is constructed. Upon construction of the Middlesex South Judicial Center, said judicial center shall be named the Edward J. Sullivan Courthouse and the designation of the Middlesex Superior Court shall be vacated."
