Amendment #702 to H3600

Bristol & Plymouth County Mosquito Control Projects

Representatives D'Emilia of Bridgewater, Poirier of North Attleborough, Haddad of Somerset, Cantwell of Marshfield, Gifford of Wareham, Muratore of Plymouth, Cutler of Duxbury, Heroux of Attleboro, O'Connell of Taunton, Howitt of Seekonk, Koczera of New Bedford, Calter of Kingston and Orrall of Lakeville move to amended the bill, in section 2, in item 2000-0100, in line 5, by adding after the word “Laws”, the following:-

";and for a reserve to meet the cost of any and all products, equipment, and labor associated with the eradication of the arbovirus, as well as the cost of any other type of pesticide or agent, in order to prevent the spread of eastern equine encephalitis, west nile virus and the zika virus in Bristol and Plymouth Counties." ;and in said item by striking out the figures “$8,896,322” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$9,296,322”.
