Municipal Energy Projects

Mr. Puppolo of Springfield moves to amend the bill by adding the following section: "SECTION X. Section 1A(f) of Chapter 164 of the General Laws as most recently amended by Chapter 75 of the Acts of 2016 is hereby amended in line 6 by deleting the words “and are constructed prior to December 31, 2017” and inserting in place thereof the following words “and are constructed prior to December 31, 2019.”
