Restoring the Harbors and Island Waters Maintenance Fund

Mr. Chan of Quincy moves to amend the bill the by adding at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION XX. Section of 13 of Chapter 64A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end of the paragraph after the words “chapter 131” the following “;and 0.05 percent shall be credited to the Harbors and Island Waters Maintenance Fund, established by section 10A ½ of chapter 91.”
