MRVP Clarification

Mr. Jones of North Reading moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-9024, by striking out the following: “that up to 75 per cent of all new vouchers” and inserting in place thereof the following: “that up to 75 per cent of all newly issued vouchers”.
