Representatives Barrows of Mansfield, Kuros of Uxbridge, Kane of Shrewsbury, Gifford of Wareham and Ferguson of Holden move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7006-0011, by striking out the following: "provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for housing services and  counseling" and inserting in place thereof the following: "provided further, grants may also be for housing services and counseling.”.
