Amendment #76 to H3600

MSBA Capital Criteria

Mr. Stanley of Waltham moves to amend the bill by inserting after section 80 the following section:

"SECTION 81. Section 8 of chapter 70B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word 'children,' in line 7, the following words:- 'or otherwise has failures or obsolescence of multiple internal building systems and external building components that, considered together, jeopardize the health, safety, and educational environment of school children, in all aforementioned cases.'"
