Amendment #760 to H3600

Rates of Compensation to Private Assigned Counsel in Indigent Cases

Ms. Cronin of Easton moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XXXX.  Subsection (a) of section 11 of chapter 211D of the General Laws, as most recently amended by Chapter 46 of the Acts of 2015, is hereby further amended by striking out the figure “$60” and inserting in place thereof the following  figure:- “$70”

and further amended by striking out the figure “$50” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$53””
