EB Hope, substance abuse outreach and intervention drop-in center

Ms. DuBois of Brockton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0201, by inserting after “provided that no funds shall be expended in the AA object class " the following: “provided further, that not less than $15,000 shall be granted to EB Hope, a substance abuse outreach and intervention drop-in center, operated via a public/private partnership with the East Bridgewater Police Department; the municipal governments of Brockton, West Bridgewater, Bridgewater, Whitman, Abington, and East Bridgewater; and south shore substance abuse providers".
