Tax Exemptions for Gun Safes and Trigger Locks

Representatives Muradian of Grafton, McKenna of Webster, D'Emilia of Bridgewater, Whelan of Brewster, Muratore of Plymouth, Orrall of Lakeville, Kuros of Uxbridge, Murray of Milford, O'Connell of Taunton and Cantwell of Marshfield move to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX. Section 6 of chapter 64H of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking in paragraph (rr), the word “commercial”.
