Representatives Hunt of Boston and McMurtry of Dedham move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding the following: "provided further that no less than $150,000 shall be expended to Harbor Health Services for a grant program to prevent and treat addiction to opioid and related substances." ; and in said item by striking out the figures "$131,700,888" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$131,850,888".
