Bruce Freeman Rail Trail Right of Way Purchase

Mr. Gentile of Sudbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by inserting after the words “rink season” the following:-

“provided further that no less than $700,000 shall be allocated to the Town of Sudbury for the purchase of  the CSX railway right of way”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$35,163,728” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$35,863,728”.
