An Amendment Requiring Licensing for Special Education Advisers

Mr. Diehl of Whitman moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XX. The Special Education Advisory Council shall be tasked with drafting regulations on the training and licensing of Special Education Advisors to be referred to the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.".
