Amendment #814 to H3600

An Amendment to Enhance Massachusetts ERIPs

Representatives Diehl of Whitman and O'Connell of Taunton moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

“SECTION XX. Section 91 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:-

(f) An eligible employee retiring pursuant to a retirement incentive program shall not be re-employed in state service, whether as a consultant, an independent contractor or a person whose regular duties require time devoted to state service, within 1 year after the date of retirement.”
