Amendment #818 to H3600

Community Health Centers

Mr. Livingstone of Boston moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION  XXXX. In order to promote community health centers as an important component of bending the cost curve and investing in the patient centered medical home model, the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall increase community health center rates by October 1, 2017 by eight (8) percent in FY18 and by no less than four (4) percent annually thereafter. The Secretary is required to review the adequacy of health center rates by October 1, 2019.”
