Ms. Malia of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the operation of the Behavioral Health and Outpatient Substance Abuse Services to provide counseling and treatment for individuals suffering from behavioral health challenges and/or substance abuse at the Dimock Community Center"
