Income Tax Rollback

Representatives Lyons of Andover, O'Connell of Taunton and Lombardo of Billerica move to amend the bill by adding the following new outside section:--

SECTION XX. Section 4 of Chapter 62 of the General Laws is hereby amended in the first line of subsection (b) by striking “5.3 per cent” and replacing it with “five per cent".
