Marijuana Law Repeal

Mr. Lyons of Andover moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following new outside section: -

“Section XXXX. (a) Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Chapter 334 of the Acts of 2016 is repealed."
