Amendment #874 to H3600

Park Development at site of former Cadilac Paint and Varnish Co

Mr. Lewis of Framingham moves to amend the bill in section, in item 2810-0100, by adding the following:-

“provided further that no less than $300,000 shall be allocated to the Town of Ashland for the removal of hazardous substances and completion of the development of a park on the former site of Cadilac Paint and Varnish Co.”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$35,163,728” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$35,463,728”.
