Fitchburg High Speed Internet

Mr. Hay of Fitchburg moves to amend the bill in section 2, in  item 7008-0900,  by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be allocated to the City of Fitchburg to provide funding for economic development and telecommunication infrastructure improvements"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$299,361" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$499,361."
