Amendment #897 to H3600

Mary Dennison Park Restoration and Cleanup

Representatives Lewis of Framingham, Walsh of Framingham and Gentile of Sudbury move to amend the bill in item 2810-0100, by inserting the following:-

“provided further that no less than $1,000,000 shall be allocated to the Town of Framingham for the removal of hazardous substances and restoration of the Mary Dennison Park”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$35,163,728” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$36,163,728”.
