Amendment #900 to H3600

An Act relative to weapons regulation

Mr. Lombardo of Billerica moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

"Section XX. Chapter 93A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition by inserting after the word "chapter", in line 11, the following words:-; provided, however that such rules and regulations shall not govern, limit, or otherwise relate to a weapon, as defined in section 121 of chapter 140, the manufacture of a weapon or the sale of a weapon.".
