Fitchburg ArtsSmith Festival

Mr. Hay of Fitchburg moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by adding the following: "provided further that $15,000 shall be expended for the ArtsSmith Festival "; and in said item by striking out the figures "$299,361" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$314,361".
