Sidewalks on 3A in Billerica

Mr. Lombardo of Billerica moves to amend the bill in section 2, by inserting after item 1599-0026 the following item:- “and provided further, that not less than $2,000,000 shall be expended for the design, acquisition of land, and construction of sidewalks on route 3A, also known as Boston Road, in the Town of Billerica.”
