Clean Water Trust Account Language

Ms. Dykema of Holliston moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1599-0093, by striking out the words “for debt service obligations of the trust under” and inserting in place thereof the following: “, including, but not limited to, debt service obligations of the trust, principal forgiveness, interest rate reduction, and other subsidies or financial assistance pursuant to”.
