drinking water main in Webster

Mr. McKenna of Webster moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2200-0100, in line 6, by inserting after "research" the following:

"; provided, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the design and construction of a drinking water main-line in the Town of Webster".
