Amendment #943 to H3600

Increasing review of rules and regulations

Representatives O'Connell of Taunton, Lombardo of Billerica, Diehl of Whitman and DeCoste of Norwell move to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

"SECTION XXX. Section 5A of chapter 30A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the figure “12” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 6.".
