Salisbury Beach State Reservation Commercial Boat Pier

Mr. Kelcourse of Amesbury moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0100,  by adding the following: “provided further, that not less than $300,000 shall be expended for a commercial boat pier at the Salisbury Beach State Reservation”.
