Methuen Community Addiction Resource Engagement Services

Representatives Campbell of Methuen and Moran of Lawrence moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding at the end the following: "provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended on the Methuen Police Department Community Addiction Resource Engagement Services (C.A.R.E.S) Initiative".
