Amendment #986 to H3600

SuAsCo Water Quality Monitoring

Representatives Hogan of Stow, Gentile of Sudbury, Linsky of Natick, Benson of Lunenburg, Murray of Milford, Lewis of Framingham and Walsh of Framingham moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2200-0100, in line 8, by inserting after the word “Laws” the following: “provided further, that $25,000 shall be expended to enter into an agreement with a not-for-profit organization to operate a water quality monitoring program in the Sudbury, Assabet and Concord rivers”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$24,408,940” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$24,433,940”.
