Amendment #99 to H3600
Nonprofit Target Hardening Grant Program
Ms. Ehrlich of Marblehead moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 8000-1700, by adding the following:
“provided further, that no less than $150,000 shall be expended for a nonprofit security grant pilot program to provide support for target hardening and other physical security enhancements to nonprofit organizations that are at high risk of terrorist attack and are ineligible for the United States Department of Homeland Security’s Nonprofit Security Grant Program based on their location.”
