Representatives O'Day of West Boylston, Collins of Boston, Donahue of Worcester, Ferguson of Holden, Heroux of Attleboro, Keefe of Worcester, Matias of Lawrence, Orrall of Lakeville, Zlotnik of Gardner, Provost of Somerville, Hecht of Watertown, Pignatelli of Lenox and Tosado of Springfield move to amend the bill in section 2 by inserting after line item 1599-3856 by inserting the following secion: "1599-4417 For the Edward J. Collins, Jr. Center for Public Management in the John W. McCormack Graduate School of Policy and Global Studies at the University of Massachusetts at Boston $250,000".
