An Act relative to certain genetically targeted drug coverage for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy

The committee on Health Care Financing recommends that the bill be amended in section 2, in line 30, by inserting after the word “patient” the words “, provided however, that MassHealth shall adhere to FDA approved clinical necessity criteria”.
