Including Pre-Kindergarten in Census

Representatives Cabral of New Bedford and DuBois of Brockton move to amend the bill by inserting after section 25 the following section:-

“SECTION XX. Section 3 of chapter 71A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 5, the word “Kindergarten” and inserting in place thereof the following word: “Pre-Kindergarten”.
