Parental Notice Amendment

Representatives Cabral of New Bedford, Atkins of Concord and DuBois of Brockton move to amend the bill in section 18, by inserting after the word “enrolled”, in line 91, the following words:-

“, provided that written confirmation of any such request is retained in the student’s cumulative folder.”
