Eliminate Number Requirements for establishing a Parent Advisory Council

Representatives Cabral of New Bedford, Atkins of Concord and DuBois of Brockton move to amend the bill , in section 19, by striking out, in lines 95-96, the words:- “serving more than 100 English learners or in which English learners are more than 5 per cent of the district’s student population, whichever is less,”.
