Amendment #8 to H3736

Reducing from 5 years to 3 years, on-site evaluation frequency of “effectiveness of programs serving English Language Learners”

Representatives Cabral of New Bedford, Atkins of Concord and DuBois of Brockton move to amend the bill by inserting after section 25 the following section:-

“SECTION XX. Section 7A of Chapter 71A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 2, the figure ‘5’ and inserting in place thereof the figure ‘3’”.
