Floor Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill , in section 1, by striking out the last sentence of subsection (a) and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:-  “A license granted pursuant to this section shall be clearly marked on its face “B-3 Business District” and shall be subject to all of said chapter 138 except said section 17.”.
