Mrs. Kane of Shrewsbury moves to amend the bill by striking out, in Section 6, lines 707 and 708, “No ordinances or by-laws may prohibit siting a cannabis establishment in an area in which a medical use cannabis establishment has been previously zoned and licensed”.
